This jacket is a collaboration piece between myself and local tailor Conner McKnight.

When I first met Conner at Arthop, he told me about this jacket that he was creating. A merriment of American workwear and the Japanese kimono silhouette, this jacket is lined with fleece and constructed with duck canvas. Given that it is made from a textile that would take paint well, he opened up the opportunity for me to design a graphic for the back of it. After a month of getting used to paint brushes through the tedious and daunting process of working on it, the jacket was finished. Conner graciously invited me months later to walk in his fashion show with the jacket and despite modeling being something Ive never experienced, I was stoked on the opportunity.

This will be the first of many collaborations with Conner McKnight.
