This video captures Cameron Hörst’s first ascent of the 5.15a sport route dubbed “Martial Law”.

The man behind the lens, John Kasaian, opened up the opportunity for me to edit this video with alot of creative freedom to determine what feeling I wanted to capture through the music, cut rhythm and visual experience. It was endorsed by Physivantage and shared on the Mellow Climbing Youtube platform.

Given that video editing isn’t my first medium, it challenged me both as an artist and a human being and the ways I perceive both.
